January 21, 2008, Mt. Vernon, NY – Yost & Campbell customers who purchase and install a Bryant central air conditioning system before May 15, 2008 are eligible for Y&C's Free Air Conditioning Promotion. If the temperature in Central Park reaches 100 degrees or more on July 4, 2008, these air conditioning system will be free!

Official Promotion Rules

HOW TO ENTER: To enter -- purchase a new Yost and Campbell Bryant central air conditioning system by April 30, 2008. To be eligible, air conditioning system must be installed in the purchaser’s home by May 15, 2008. Cash or personal checks only will be accepted; systems purchased with credit card or financing are not eligible for the promotion.

PROMOTION RULES: The promotion is open to the general public of age of majority. Identification must be produced on request. Employees of Yost and Campbell, its promotion sponsor, advertising and promotional agencies and their respective affiliates and associates and such employees' immediate family members and persons with whom such employees are domiciled are excluded from this promotion.

Decisions of the promotion judges (Tom Monahan, President and Kevin Monahan, VP) are final - no substitutions will be available.

The maximum temperature at Central Park on July 4, 2008 will be determined by the National Weather Service.

By claiming the prize, the winner authorizes the use, without additional compensation of his or her name and/or likeness and/or voice/photograph and municipality of residence for promotion and/or advertising purposes in any manner and in any medium (including without limitation, radio broadcasts, newspapers and other publications and in television or film releases, slides, videotape, distribution over the internet and picture date storage) which Yost and Campbell may deem appropriate.

In accepting the prize, the winner, and any guest(s), acknowledges that Yost and Campbell may not be held liable for any loss, damages or injury associated with accepting or using this prize(s).

Winners must sign a release form as prepared and accepted by Yost and Campbell acknowledging their acceptance and understanding of the complete promotion rules.

This promotion is subject to all federal, provincial and municipal laws. Yost and Campbell reserves the right to withdraw or terminate this promotion at any time without prior notice.
